Pam Teal has been in the Escrow/title business since 1980, beginning in Southern California, working with the New Builder Divisions of Homes, and than branching out to be the Manager/Sr. Escrow Officer of two of the most successful independent escrow companies in California . Upon moving to Maui in 2005, Pam has been working with the Real Estate community, facilitating resale, refinance, commercial, and new project transactions.
